Feel-good baking

There's something to be said for baking as a way of relaxing, and this weekend the Australian House & Garden team will be up to their eyeballs in wooden spoons, spatulas, mixers and measuring cups… preparing to wow colleagues with their tasty treats.

This Monday, 27 August, H&G is holding a baked-goods sale, part of the Big Cake Bake charity event, to raise money for the Australian Red Cross. We've been scouring past issues for the most impressive cakes – and this Zumbo creation (with the cheat's decorations), from our April 2012 issue might just be seen for sale on the day!
