A4 paper
Small piece of cardboard (enough to cut a 2cm wide by 28cm long strap from)
Small piece of ribbon (optional)
Scissors
Crayons or markers
Paper glue or stapler

Colour in this feathered hen, and fold her into an Easter basket, ready to fill with eggs!

1. Print your Easter Hen template onto the thickest A4 paper available (click on Download Craft Template above to download the template).

2. Colour your Easter Hen and cut out the design, carefully trimming the crest.

3. Cut along the dotted lines and fold inwards along the rest. Fold the 2 centre flaps up first, then bring the hen's head and tail in to meet at the centre. Staple or glue and repeat on the other side.

4. Cut out your cardboard strap for the handle (it should be 2cm wide by 28cm long) and staple to the basket.

5. Cut out the rosette and glue or staple it to the handle.

6. Fill your basket with straw or grass... and wait for the Easter Bunny to visit!
