Materials

  • Selection of buckets (Mop buckets)
  • Power drill & drill bit
  • Pencil
  • Screwdriver
  • Washers, screws & raw plugs

Who knew?

Laundry buckets are a unique and easy way of maximisng office space.

Step 1

Select your desired number of buckets - you could choose one colour for a uniform look, like we did, or mix and match to create a bright and bold storage system.

Step 2

Play around with the different arrangements on the floor until you're happy with the layout.

Step 3

Drill a hole into the top two corners of each bucket (make sure they are in line). Hold the bucket in position on the wall and mark these holes with pencil. Now, carefully drill into the wall at these points. (If it's a brick or concrete wall, insert raw plugs).

Step 4

Hold the bucket in place on the wall, making sure the holes line up, and screw the screws and washers through the base. (The washers will help spread the load in the bucket so the screws don't rip the plastic). Voila!
