Painter’s tape is available in several widths, so choose the one you like. Stick painter’s tape on the areas of the wall where you want your stripes to be. It’s a good idea to measure and mark out the lines in pencil to ensure the tape is applied in a straight line. You might like to use a spirit level.
Paint the walls in your chosen feature colour – we used lilac. Step 3 While the paint is still wet, slowly peel away the tape to reveal the stripes. Let dry.Step 4 Add decorative plates or artworks in the same colour palette to complete the look. Picture-hanging strips are fine for hanging plates.
