PVA glue
Paint brush
Small tray
A Balloon

Method

Rejuvenate your outdoor dining area with these funky hanging pendants.

Step 1:

Blow the balloon to the size you would like your pendant to be and tie the end. Paint the balloon surface with a thin layer of PVA glue.

Step 2:

Tie the end of the twine to the end of the balloon and stretch the twine around the balloon in all directions, to create the look you want.

Once the balloon has a good coverage of twine, coat the balloon with another layer of PVA glue and continue the process until a thick layer surrounds the twine.

Step 4:

Hang the balloon to dry ensuring it does not touch any other surfaces. Once dry, pop the balloon with a pin and remove.

Step 5:

Hang the pendant in your entertaining area for a great focal point.
