Australian House & Garden recipe for mixed leaf salad.
INGREDIENTS
1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
1 radicchio, leaves separated
1 bunch watercress, sprigs picked
Dressing
¼ cup (60ml) olive oil
1 tbsp Forum chardonnay vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
METHOD
1 Place leaves and watercress in a large bowl. Whisk together dressing ingredients. Season. Drizzle over salad and toss to combine.
