Jenna and Josh exuded confidence in their third room, the main bathroom/laundry.
Josh was proud of the stunning Caesar stone benchtops in the laundry area and the Fisher & Paykel combined washer/dryer: "It's a great way to maximise a tight space while providing the best functionality."
In the bathroom they opted for bright and modern fixtures. Jenna's fave was the vanity: "It's got this really cool steel towel rail built into the stand. It sits really well against the wall mounted toilet."
Josh just loved the floor covering: "We've got high-quality blue-stone tiles on the floors and they work well contrasting against the floor to ceiling white tiles."
They certainly delivered a high quality bathroom and laundry that they hope will be both a joy to look at and use. Jenna summed it up: "It's modern, it's retro, it's eclectic, it's us."
The judges' critical eyes picked the tapware as the outstanding feature. They also took a shine to the Caesar stone bench tops and the mirror.
Neale voiced an appreciation for the couple's aesthetic: "This pair have shown great consistency of vision. They always seem to be setting their own bar higher."
While John liked their design choices he was less pleased with their execution: "I guess it's because I'm a real estate agent, but I am a stickler for details and finishes. It looks like it needs more paint."
Neale too took a close look at the final presentation and thought it came up wanting: "Yes, it looks like they left in a hurry. Their execution this week has let them down."
