Josh and Jenna have won more room reveals that any other couple in the history of The Block — and they've got a few tricks up their sleeve that they hope will ensure their winning streak continues through to the auction grand finale.

"Jenna and I do think we've got the best house on The Block," says Josh, ticking off features no other couples have: their double-front, the ability to add a second level, bigger rooms, better fixtures and fittings, separate living, dining and kitchen areas, and a walk-in robe.

"We won the most rooms, so due to that, we've had more money to spend on our house than the others," Josh says. "That's a luxury we've been lucky to have."

Josh believes that informing potential buyers of those "massive" selling points will be key to winning The Block.

"I did not hear one person at the open-house say any other house was better — but maybe they said that to all the couples," laughs Josh. "People say our house is very family friendly, it's very spacious, they love the colours."

Even if Josh and Jenna don't win at the auction and score the $100,000 prize, they're looking forward to more renovations: they've started their own interior design business, named Bicker Design — a reference to their now-infamous arguments on The Block.

"We're playing on our reputation," Josh explains. "We love watching our arguments on TV. It's hilarious."
