On completion of their bathroom, both Mike and Andrew thought they were in with a real shot of taking out yet another win. Needless to say, they were disappointed — and a little shocked — to come in as this week's Chumps.

"We felt like this was probably the best room to date that we had done, as far as execution. The disappointing thing, for us, is that the judges didn't seem to think so," Andrew admits.

The brothers had been aiming for a high-end, luxurious '5-star hotel' feel — and in their minds, they fulfilled their brief. The judges were also impressed.

"It has a very Hollywood feel," John says.

What they weren't so keen on was their choice of bath, with Shaynna pointing out that while the bathroom is "very luxurious, it's a very un-luxurious bath".

But, as the brothers explain, there was a good reason why they decided to go with a drop-in bath.

"The space we had, the only way we could get a bath and shower in there was to do that," Andrew explains. "If we hadn't, it would have meant that it would have been impossible to clean and not practical. We felt that was a much stronger concern for us; the maintenance of the bath."

This week Mike spent hours sourcing the perfect props for their bathroom. The judges thought they over-did that too.

"I feel they have over-styled it this week... am I being picky?" Neil asked at the inspection.

Mike and Andrew think he is!

"To us, pulling out the candles, and maybe a hand towel, to make it 10/10 is not a big deal," Mike says.

And he may have a point.
