The couples have decided on who will auction their homes. We find out why — and how — they chose their auctioneers.
Dale and Sophie "We went with Kaye and Burton. They have a local office in Albert Park; just two nice blokes, Alex and Tom. They came out and saw us, and they were good honest blokes," Dale explains. "They thought we had made the right decision in making the whole bottom level an entertainment/dining area, rather than having a separated downstairs bedroom."
Brad and Lara "We are going with Buxtons," Brad said. "We're pretty confident. They have actually sold these houses over the past ten years, so they know they really well."
Dan and Dani "We have gone with RT Edgar. They originally sold the houses when they became The Block houses. They loved our house and they loved the fact it had a fourth bedroom. Last year, only six per cent of the houses on the market were four bedders in this area."
Mike and Andrew "We are going with Hocking Stuart. They love the house. We went through the whole plan we had from Week One of switching the kitchen and living area and they thought it was a good idea. We are really confident with them. Let's hope they have lots of potential buyers."
