We knew they were handy men, but we had no idea just how impressive both Brad and Dale's furniture-making skills were. Both produced stunning pieces for their living areas — Brad made a dining table, and Dale made a coffee table.

"We had planned to do something like this before we made it onto The Block," Brad explains.

"We went to a display home and they had one just like this, that had glass on top, and Brad was like, 'That's what I want for my house,'" Lara admits.

As much as they might seem alike, neither Brad nor Dale knew what the other was planning.

"They are similar, but they look very different," Brad says. "They both came up really good."
