We've seen them yelling at each other, crying and walking off in a huff, but Dani and Dani insist their arguments aren't as bad as they seem, and a break-up is definitely not on the cards.
"We have had a few barnies, but we get over them pretty quickly," Dani says. "When we were doing our rooftop terrace it was really tough, but we both just went away and said, 'We're on the same team — we have to remember why we're here.'"
But there's no denying that it's stressful having cameras in your face 24/7 — and all the couples have felt the strain.
"You have to remember, as well, that we're renovating in a ridiculously short amount of time," Dan says.
"Before we did The Block we thought travelling around in a van with seven other people would be the biggest test we'd ever have to go through. But this has trumped that — big time."
Dan says their living room win helped put them in a better frame of mind. And all of a sudden, those arguments don't seem all that important anymore.
"I think when times get tough like they were, you need something to motivate you to keep going," he explains. "Winning that room couldn't have come at a better time, financially and in terms of our sanity."
And it hasn't soured them from renovating again.
"I think it's been good for us," Dani admits.
"Dani has already started looking at another house for us to buy and renovate after we finish here," Dan adds.
