With the auctions fast approaching, we sit down with each of the couples and have a chat about what they've loved (and what they haven't) about their time on The Block.

Sophie and Dale
The High: "Our first win was pretty good — that was a big score. And our kitchen — that was good too," Dale says. "We've also loved all the challenges — we love having fun with all the other couples."
The Low: "Whenever I'm sick, that's a low," Sophie says. "My migraines don't stop for anyone. If I watch the show back, I'd be able to tell what weeks I had one."

Brad and Lara
The High: "I think the highlight was winning the roof terrace, because we were on such a low," Lara says. "We thought we were going to come last, and we'd had such a bad night. It really boosted our confidence."
The Low: "Also the roof terrace," Brad says. "I haven't ever felt that bad — I even had a temper tantrum. I'd had three Red Bull (energy drinks) and I was having heart palpitations. I'd also had no sleep. It was probably the worst moment of my life."

Dani and Dan
The High: "Getting through the eliminations and every time we won for a room," Dan says. "On the whole, we have both loved and hated The Block experience."
The Low: "The bathroom reveal — that was a definite low-point, and getting angry over at the other house this week," Dani says.

Mike and Andrew
The High: "I think the highlight, for me, was walking from the front door all the way out here to the garden and it all being finished," Andrew says. "But there have been so many awesome days."
The Low: "I think we were pretty low when we got Chumps for our bathroom," Mike says. "That was just awful."
